Anchor Baptist Church is a satellite missions work of Liberty Baptist Church of Norwalk, California. Liberty Baptist Church is Pastored by Pastor Max H. Graves Jr, Pastor Jason P. Jasper, and Pastor Kevin Cook. Anchor was planted to advance the gospel of the Kingdom of Jesus Christ to the Sacramento region.
Anchor Baptist Church exists for the glory of the True and Living God. Our mission is this: To Know the Lord Jesus Christ as Savior, and to become a born again child of God by grace, through faith in Him. To Grow in grace, and in the knowledge of Jesus Christ through the Word of God and the Holy Spirit. To Go into all the world and to preach the gospel to every creature.
We are a traditional, confessional, covenantal Baptist Church. We believe in faithful, expository preaching of the Bible, doctrinally sound hymns of the faith, scriptural evangelism, and training God's people for the work of the ministry. We desire to be guided by God's grace, and the gospel of Christ, in every aspect of life.
