Our Team

Pastor Denny is from the South Sacramento and Elk Grove Area, and prior to planting Anchor Baptist Church, he served as an Associate Pastor and a Youth Pastor. He has been married to his wife Jessica for 5 years, and they have 2 sons, Isaiah and Eden.

Shortly after he got saved, he knew the Lord was moving his heart to serve in the ministry. He preached his first sermon on a Wednesday night service which was an overview of the Old Testament Book of Amos, and ever since then, he has been preaching, teaching, and evangelizing regularly for 5 years. With having no background in church or Bible college, he has fully depended on the Holy Spirit and the Word of God for all matters of life, faith, and practice. He loves the Lord, The Word, his family, evangelism, and missions. Our Pastor has a burning desire to see souls come to Christ by faith and be transformed by the Word and Spirit of God.
